Payments may also be organised for Australian residents, wholesale purchasers and authorised Australian NDIS suppliers as an electronic funds transfer or Direct Deposit payment by contacting our Help Centre through

Paying with Third-party ECommerce

You can pay by credit card, debit card or via your bank account details
Once your order is submitted you will be directed to PayPal's or Stripe portal where you can pay.
The advantage of paying with PayPal or Stripe facilities are that payments are traceable with a resolution centre for disputes as well as being able to use these accounts to track your payment status. "MyAutoimmune" will not receive your financial card number details or bank information (it is securely encrypted through the ECommerce servers and software). This limits the risk of unauthorised use.
Payment processing will not begin until all the information needed for processing is completed and received by either "MyAutoimmune" or the third party ECommerce operators. "MyAutoimmune processes electronic funds transfers and PayPal payments after the 'Submit My Order' button has been clicked and the order has been confirmed as completed. If a payment of an order has not been received within 7days from the date that you receive your order confirmation, "MyAutoimmune" reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
Payment is required in full before dispatch of ordered products.
Your Tax Invoice is proof of purchase.
While "MyAutoimmune" employs through PayPal and Stripe a secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, "MyAutoimmune" will not be held responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect)suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently mused or is used in an unauthorised manner.
Refunds on returned products will be made once items are received in original unused condition. Refunds on 'change of mind' or 'incorrect choice' products will incur a flat fee of $5.00 for administrative costs with the returned funds being the equivalent of the order cost of the products minus the administrative fee and the original postage/shipping costs.
Purchasers with a successful faulty product claim will be offered a full refund. Refunds in this instance will include the full product cost plus returned postage cost. Payments will be to the purchasers original payment account minus any service fees charged to by a third partner ecommerce operator such as PayPal or Stripe.
"MyAutoimmune" will notify you via email of the refund when it is processed in most cases a credit will be issued to your original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
The price for individual product items are clearly listed below the main image of the product. The displayed price per item will be applied at the shop checkout as well as any advertised sale prices (if applicable) will be applied at the checkout. Individual customer special discounts will be applied via the use of a unique code supplied to the customer.
Domestic and International postage/shipping fees will be automatically calculated and applied prior to final checkout.
"MyAutoimmune" reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at anytime we will honour the displayed price at the time of ordering and will continue to keep prices as low as possible.
Standard domestic postage/shipping & handling cost is $12 AUD, New Zealand order $20 AUD, all other International postage/shipping & handling costs will be provided by the Help Centre based upon country of destination & size of package.
Goods & Services Tax (GST)
"MyAutoimmune" is currently not registered for collection of GST. This means that product prices quoted are GST free.
