Postage/shipping & Delivery
"MyAutoimmune" applies a standard postage & handling fee of
$12 AUD for all domestic Australian, and a rate of
$27.50 AUD for parcels to be shipped to New Zealand.
All other countries are at a weighted rates below 1kg of $35 AUD and above 1kg $65kg.
If purchasing from countries other than Australia or New Zealand please contact "MyAutoimmune" at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an Australia Post quote for shipping to their chosen international home destination. Most deliveries are via the Australia Post parcel system or via Fastway couriers and AirRoad Logistics. All parcels are posted via a traceable parcel number with information including the date and tracking number emailed on the day of posting/shipping.
Australia Post: deliveries are available to Street address, PO Box, Parcel Lockers.
StarTrack/Fastway Couriers: deliveries are available to Street Address, Suite PO Box. A contact telephone number is advisable.
Postage of all orders & items purchased will occur following the receipt of full payment.
Domestic delivery time takes up to 10-14 business days from the date of received payment & depending on your location. Every effort will be made by "MyAutoimmune" to ship your Order according to this estimated delivery time however, times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at email@example.com.
"MyAutoimmune" will deliver your Products to the nominated address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, carriers will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your local Post Office or a courier service outlet.
Please note: delivery addresses containing a Unit, Apartment or Suite number will be posted via registered post & will require signature for receipt of posted parcel to ensure secured delivery to the correct person.
Title & risk of loss to all Orders will pass to you on date of delivery.
"MyAutoimmune" accepts order cancellation before the product has been posted /shipped. A full refund will be provided to the original payment account minus any service fees charged by a third partner ecommerce operator such as PayPal or Stripe. "MyAutoimmune" cannot cancel orders if the product(s) have been posted/shipped.
"MyAutoimmune" does not normally offer a full refund on 'change of mind' or 'incorrect choice' product orders after postage/shipping has occurred. However a cancellation of an order or an individual or multiple items contained within the order is possible prior to postage/shipping by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
"MyAutoimmune" will accept return on products, except for sale items. Customers have the right to request a return on ordered products within 15 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your purchased product item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. To complete your return, "MyAutoimmune" require proof of purchase & a return authorisation number (RAN). Return postage/shipping will be paid by the purchaser returning the product(s) unless a product return is in relation to a damaged or defective item claim.
A return authorisation number (RAN) is required for all returns. The "MyAutoimmune" Help Centre will issue you with an RAN & the item must be returned within 30 days of issuance of the RAN. Products cannot be returned without a RAN. The Product should be returned to:

When a replacement product is arranged it will be posted /shipped to you at the expense of "MyAutoimmune" after we have received your returned Product. The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original product.
To exchange an item in the case of incorrect size choice or another unstated issue please follow the procedure outlined in the Returns section above. Please remember to contact the Help Centre to discuss the exchange and if necessary obtain a RAN.
Silver thread apparel sizing charts are available as a component of the product description inclusions. "MyAutoimmune" encourages purchasers to refer to the sizing charts before purchasing apparel items of gloves, socks, scarves & hats.
Damaged & Defective Products
If a Product has a minor or major defect, "MyAutoimmune" will offer a repair or either an identical replacement product, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or a full refund of the product value. Alternatively, you can elect to keep the product and receive a 25% product cost compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
If a received order product is damaged or defective please contact our Help Centre at email@example.com to discuss the issue & return & assessment of the item &/or potential compensation. "MyAutoimmune" Help Centre may request a photo of the damage or defect to assist with assessment of your claim.
If a product damage or defect claim is assessed as being valid "MyAutoimmune" will pay return postage however, if the claim is rejected the return postage/ shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser returning the product. If a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes our property. When a refund credit is given, the returned product becomes our property.
Refunds on returned products will be made once items are received in original unused condition. Refunds on 'change of mind' or 'incorrect choice' products will incur a flat fee of $5.00 for adminstrative costs with the returned funds being the equivalent of the order cost of the products minus the administrative fee and the original postage/shipping costs.
Purchasers with a successful faulty product claim will be offered a full refund. Refunds in this instance will include the full product cost plus returned postage cost. Payments will be to the purchasers original payment account minus any service fees charged to by a third partner ecommerce operator such as PayPal or Stripe.
"MyAutoimmune" will notify you via email of the refund when it is processed in most cases a credit will be issued to your original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
"MyAutoimmune" abides by and apply Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law regulations outlined on the Australian Consumer Law website at www.consumerlaw.gov.au
