Standard consultation appointment

Service Description

A 45min consultation to discuss your diagnosed autoimmune illnesses ofof Scleroderma, lupus, Sjogren's syndrome or Raynaud's. During the appointment your individual symptoms experienced will be discussed along with possible solutions that can be considered to reduce the impact of your symptoms on day to day life. Consultation will focus on health education specific to your diagnosed illness and symptom management with a lifestyle medicine approach. Please note that this consultation is not a replacement for individual specialist medical support from your doctors, however information shared at the appointment can serve as an adjunct to medical management and enhance self-management outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or to reschedule please contact MyAutoimmune 24 hours in advance to allow the timeslot to be allocated to someone on the waitlist. I am happy to reschedule appointments, however sadly non attendance at appointments will incur the full amount. Thank you for your understanding.
